The main language used throughout the conference is English. The authors are invited to submit an Abstract and a Digest of the proposed paper as PDF file.
The Abstract and the Digest should contain the following items.
2. Abstract of up to 100 words
3. Digest of the proposed paper: The digest should contain a brief introduction that describes why the topic is important and how it relates to other work already found in the literature. The proposed approach and results should be presented in sufficient detail to permit a thorough and fair review. The body of the digest should end with a conclusion summarizing the key results and contribution of the proposed paper.
4. References: A list of key references should be prepared that includes key past works that are directly relevant to the new contribution.
* All parts of the digest need to be included in a single PDF file of up to 5 pages. Please do NOT include any author name or affiliation information in the digest.
The ITEC Asia-Pacific final proceedings will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore, and for indexing in EI Compendex.
Please note that all manuscripts submitted to the ITEC Asia-Pacific will be checked for plagiarism using IEEE CrossCheck Portal (https://crosscheck.ieee.org). Should the submitted paper contains a high level of similarity to previously published works, the manuscript will be withdrawn from the conference.
In addition, the authors will be checked if they have been prohibited from publishing with any or all IEEE publications using The IEEE Prohibited Authors List (PAL) database.
